I would give UPS zeros stars out of 5 if that were an available option. Retailers should make note of the terrible reviews of UPS and strongly reconsider using UPS to ship their items; it really is a huge turn-off for potential customers. UPS gives a delivery window of 8am to 7pm, so you are pretty much expected to be home the entire day, because even if you step out for 5 minutes, you’ll run the risk of missing the driver and be forced to wait at home again all day the next day. They refuse to deliver on weekends or provide a narrower delivery window. If you miss the delivery of your package after 3 delivery attempts, you may have to pick up your package at this facility, which is (inconveniently) only open on weekdays from 10am to 6pm. This is rather ridiculous for a customer-oriented service. Even some banks, physician clinics and other more “traditional” industries offer at least one night per week with opening hours in the evening! Get with the times already, UPS!

My friend drove out to pick up two packages. When he tried to put them in his car he was unable to do so due to the size. He contacted me and asked if I could pick them up the following morning in one of my vans as the depot was about to close. I supplied my friend with my drivers license number and suggested he use my birth name not my nick name for ID purposes. He paid the customs fees and relayed the info to the clerk and she said everything would be fine as long as I had the tracking numbers and ID. I drove out to pick the items up at 10:00 am the following day and stood in line as there was only one employee for 9 customers. I presented the tracking number and was informed that I would need a signed letter authorizing me to pick up the items including a copy of my friends drivers license. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied as they do not have one on at 10 am ?????? I had to go out to the parking lot and phone the 1-800-pick ups number only to be told that they would not assist me in anyway but they could have a supervisor call me sometime in the future. I contacted my friend and had him leave a business meeting to send me a photo of his drivers license and a written letter on the original delivery notice to see if that would work. I stood in line again and convinced the clerk. This took 1.5 hours. If they needed the letter and picture id why did they not just state that when my friend was at the counter and it would have been done so when I attended there would be no issues. I dislike stupidity and I am sure this is not the first time someone has not been able to get a package in their vehicle so why don't they have a form to fill out to make it easy on everyone.???. So good luck using UPS.

First day buzzer didn’t work I left a note knock on door back of house for next day nothing except email saying missed me. Last attempt Ups driver put Ups notice over top of note on mail box it was final attempt. Sent my package to Richmond. Ridiculous stayed home two days for nothing. Ups hours 10am till 6pm doesn’t work for me very well. I will try my best to never use this company ever again.

From missed delivery dates, inaccurate shipment information and tracking, damaged packages, exorbitant charges, terrible customer service, and delivery drivers who can't read clearly listed signs - UPS is hands down the worst shipping company you could possibly choose to utilize. Like most others here, I would give them ZERO stars, if given the opportunity. Time to boycott this brutal, brutal company.

So they attempted to deliver once. I updated my info as my buzzer is not in the building directory and gave them options as to where to deliver. I then got a notice that I had until yesterday to pick it up far from home at a place that only works until 6. Upon calling, the people on the phone refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence, and that I had to take it up with the sender. I have myChoice and have never had an issue until I had to deal with these guys. If I could give them 0 stars I would
