Pak Mail Coquitlam

Had a very large and very delicate item shipped from BC to Ontario. The owner gave good, honest advice about the best way to ship the item and treated my shipment with care and priority. The item came intact and I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing service!

Manager is horrible, I got a PO box a couple months ago and when I wanted to cancel it on the same day they wouldn’t allow me. I only wanted to return it because the location was too far and incovinient for me. The manager totally disregarded my reasoning. Never bothered to answer my calls afterwards as well. Horrible place! Will bring my business elsewhere in the mean time, as I wait for my PO box to expire.

Excellent and efficient service! I've been to their Coquitlam & their Langley locations and would encourage anyone to do the same. Recently, I had some complications with my package but the owner, Midori, personally looked into it and handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I figured my experience made writing a review a must to show my appreciation and give accolades to one of Coquitlam's business gems.

I had spent all day trying to obtain information from Federal Express directly as to the status of my package, but it was Jessica Chung with Pak Mail Coquitlam who called me in another country I might add to let me know there was in fact an issue. She was supportive, helpful, and had a smile in her voice the whole conversation. She was dedicated to being part of the solution not just notifying me there was an issue, and truly went above and beyond in my opinion. She was so polite and stayed on the line to insure that I received the copy of the documents she scanned in an email to me, a copy of the new shipment label that she created for me, and a copy of the receipt so I can be reimbursed by my company. Because of Jessica’s and Pak Mail's assistance a homebuyer received the keys to their new home on time and was able to move in as planned I can never thank her, or your company enough that I did not have to disappoint my clients due to my clerical error on the original return label for the shipment of the documents back to me. Jessica Chung is truly an asset to your company and organization, and reminded me what true customer service is! Thank you again Jessica, and Coquitlam Pak Mail Canada. You are the best!!!!

Thankfully I came in when it wasn't very busy, but Jessica was very patient in helping me complete the forms, and ensuring the goods were packed properly at a reasonable price. Definitely would come back for any further needs I have. Thanks Jessica!
