I had spent all day trying to obtain information from Federal Express directly as to the status of my package, but it was Jessica Chung with Pak Mail Coquitlam who called me in another country I might add to let me know there was in fact an issue. She was supportive, helpful, and had a smile in her voice the whole conversation. She was dedicated to being part of the solution not just notifying me there was an issue, and truly went above and beyond in my opinion. She was so polite and stayed on the line to insure that I received the copy of the documents she scanned in an email to me, a copy of the new shipment label that she created for me, and a copy of the receipt so I can be reimbursed by my company. Because of Jessica’s and Pak Mail's assistance a homebuyer received the keys to their new home on time and was able to move in as planned I can never thank her, or your company enough that I did not have to disappoint my clients due to my clerical error on the original return label for the shipment of the documents back to me.
Jessica Chung is truly an asset to your company and organization, and reminded me what true customer service is!
