For all your printing needs, avoid this store and head to Staples instead. To begin, they don't even have a self-serving printing machine that you can use yourself. You'll need the assistance of the store employee to run your USB or SD card into their computer to print your file. The price for each page printed might sound reasonable at first, however, they had the audacity to add a file processing fee to the bill without informing me before starting (a fee that shouldn't exist at all. Just open the file and click "Print." Not much effort required). So instead of a ten page colour document costing $5.00 at Staples, it's $9.50 black & White here instead!

Faster service and lower price compare to Canada Post

I've used this location twice and it has been horrible on both accounts, the staff slow, and very rude. I dropped a package off today and the woman wasn't clear about what she needed and was insolent about it. I asked for a receipt after dropping off my package, as you get with Canada Post, as I was returning and item and I wanted evidence that I had dropped it of. I was told they don't give receipts, to record my tracking number myself next time, but that this one time she would give me one as an exception. It took her one second to print something off, not sure what the big deal is and I wouldn't think that asking for a receipt would be an outlandish request. Will take my business elsewhere next time.
