I went here on Saturday the 23rd of June. I had been told my mother was dying, and the only thing I could do was send her some pictures and baby clothes, since I have an infant daughter who cannot travel.
Time was of the essence, so when the owner of this shop told me delivery would be GUARANTEED by Thursday, I paid the nearly $200 to send my less than two pound package.
It did not arrive on Thursday. Or Friday. Or even Monday. It finally arrived late on Tuesday.
UPS offers what are called GSRs - Guaranteed Service Refunds. However, in spite of OBVIOUSLY qualifying for this, the owner of this store refused to refund me. I had to call UPS themselves several times to get my money back.
You would think that not delivering the service you promised to a woman with a dying parent would trigger some conscience... but no.
Do not use. Do not use UPS at all. Guaranteed apparently means nothing. A carrier pigeon would be faster.
