If you enjoy terrible service, zero reliability, and even less integrity. This is your company! We tried to use their service and within 8 weeks had to stop due to many issues. We could have worked with the issues but Kindersley seems to put profit and pride before customer relationships and making good when they make mistakes. And they made many! We were forced to have to express courier product with another company because they did not show up for two regular pick up days. This is the most basic service a courier provides and they failed. When approached about recouping costs due to their negligence, they simply said it wasn't their fault or responsibility. 10/10 would not recommend.

Its a hit or miss with this company depending which location. Alberta department is helpful however the BC department especially an agent that works during late afternoons doesnt seem like she knows what she's doing. If you are tracking a shipment in the BC province its better to CALL instead of email.

Would NOT recommend. We recently set-up service with Kindersley to send shipments to and from our various company locations across Western Canada. The service has been incredibly unreliable and we are now in the process of cancelling our account. 1. When initially calling customer service, even though we had been sent a welcome email that our account had been set-up, no one seemed to be able to find out account. This happened twice. 2. When asking if someone could explain how to calculate the rates based on the table we were sent, customer service didn't know what to do and said call your Sales Rep. 3. Sales Rep has never once picked-up a call and his phone goes straight to voicemail (seems to be on DND constantly). This is super frustrating when customer service always tells you to "call the sales rep" when there is an issue. 4. Our first three shipments did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. On the third try I even called to double-check everything and was promised it was being watched closely and again it did not show up and caused significant costs and delays for our operation. 5. If you have a problem late on a Friday and can't reach anyone, don't expect to have anyone return a call or email over the weekend. I would not have written this review unless we had first given feedback directly to this company and an opportunity to correct the issues. Unfortunately they have just continued to let us down. The saddest part is one of our largest suppliers recommended we use Kindersley so it's very disappointing that things have turned out this way.

This company closing its doors is at no fault to the owner operator delivery driver's. This is 100% middle management. The lack of respect that this group of people had towards their driver's and to the customers was disgusting. You get what you give.
