Would NOT recommend. We recently set-up service with Kindersley to send shipments to and from our various company locations across Western Canada. The service has been incredibly unreliable and we are now in the process of cancelling our account.
1. When initially calling customer service, even though we had been sent a welcome email that our account had been set-up, no one seemed to be able to find out account. This happened twice.
2. When asking if someone could explain how to calculate the rates based on the table we were sent, customer service didn't know what to do and said call your Sales Rep.
3. Sales Rep has never once picked-up a call and his phone goes straight to voicemail (seems to be on DND constantly). This is super frustrating when customer service always tells you to "call the sales rep" when there is an issue.
4. Our first three shipments did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. On the third try I even called to double-check everything and was promised it was being watched closely and again it did not show up and caused significant costs and delays for our operation.
5. If you have a problem late on a Friday and can't reach anyone, don't expect to have anyone return a call or email over the weekend.
I would not have written this review unless we had first given feedback directly to this company and an opportunity to correct the issues. Unfortunately they have just continued to let us down. The saddest part is one of our largest suppliers recommended we use Kindersley so it's very disappointing that things have turned out this way.
