Zero stars very poor service. Had a item scheduled to be dropped off on may 27th they without notifying me dropped off item early. I got home noticed my item was thrown in the middle of the driveway like trash. I would never order from a business that uses these guys as delivery service. Can't post without putting 1 star unfortunately

I only gave one star I would have preferred not to give any. I ordered patio furniture which was suppose to be delivered in 3-9 days, Its been two weeks, they say it has been sitting in Vancouver for 3 days. When the order is processed they will call to book an appointment for delivery. It is the weekend now and they don't deliver on weekends. And to boot they charge you for delivery. I would NEVER use this delivery service again.

Was asked to leave hot water tank on front step if no one was home. We were home and about 6 feet from the door. They never knocked and I had to load it in by myself. Will never pay for delivery by them again

wish i could leave zero stars, i paid for faster service for an item i really needed by a certain day, company had few options so went with these guys, never again, item, was supposed to be here today, only to find out, that it may not have even left Ontario yet( im in BC), and they have zero clue where it actually is, ,customer service is a total joke, what shipping company doesn have the ability to know where a truck is?, for reference i am a truck driver, have been for 22 years now, and have worked for multiple freight companies such as this scam outfit, same day worldwide, ya more like in one day we will lose your item and you`ll be searching worldwide to find it, thanks for screwing me over,

I have an excellent experience. They had to make two trips because my condo's phone line for the door buzzer wasn't working when they came first time and waited for 15 minutes.as miss calls appeared later on. In result, I have to rearrange the delivery. Both guys were very professional and helpful. Best thing I like about them is that they call you to arrange the delivery day according to your availability.
