Just like everyone else, if I could give it zero stars, I would.
I ordered something from Amazon on January 2 for one day delivery (expected time was January 4 because Amazon requires one day to pack), and it came a bit earlier than expected (January 3) so I missed the first attempt, which is fine. I called Dynamex that afternoon and requested for delivery after 6pm the next day if possible, as no one would be home during the day. The rep said that is fine, and that she will leave a note for the drivers to deliver 6-9pm. The next morning (January 4) at 10am, I got a call from one of Dynamex's drivers saying that I missed the second attempt, so I said I requested for delivery after 6pm. The driver said he didn't see any special instructions, so they will have to try again tomorrow. I called Dynamex office again right away, and made another request for delivery in the evening the next day. I also asked to confirm whether there was a special note about my previous request, and the rep yes, and he will emphasize in the instructions to send it only after 6pm.
The following day (January 5), I got yet another call from another Dynamex driver at 12pm, saying that this is the third attempt, so it will go back to the warehouse. I said delivery should only have been made after 6pm, and I asked if there were instructions on the package, and the driver said no, and that he is only a driver so it's not his fault. Again, I called Dynamex right away because this was already the third attempt. This rep reassured me and said that she can clearly see the instructions and she doesn't understand why the drivers are not reading it. She said she would tell their manager and delivery will be attempted one more time the next evening (January 6) after 6pm.
I was home the entire evening. NO. ONE. CAME.
Turns out they had already sent the package back to Amazon because three attempts have made. They didn't care that two of the three attempts involved their drivers delivering at the wrong time. They were very rude about the whole situation. The reps blamed the drivers, the drivers blamed the office.
I still have not received my package to this day because Amazon doesn't know where it is.
