Great company service and same day! We called Purolator earlier and they messed up our pick up order delaying it an entire day. Stick with this smaller company First Canadian and you will be happy. Their rates were slightly less than Purolator.

The driver got into an accident, his car was impounded with my package in it, and it wasn't released until the next day. I realize accidents happen, but I feel I should not have been charged for Regular (within 5 hours) service when I received Overnight. I politely asked to be refunded the difference between Regular and Overnight, but they refused. They stated that if you order Regular, you pay for Regular, whether or not the package is delivered.
