I think these guys are retarded. No delivery attempt made because the genius who moonlights as a rocket surgeon is too lazy to press a couple buttons on an intercom.

Google maps hours are wrong, on Saturday they close at 3pm instead of 4. I arrived at 3:45 and was surprised to find the door locked. I was up in the area from Washington state and really needed to have something sent out before I went back home, so I was starting to search for an alternative when the young lady inside came and opened the door and explained that Google maps hadn't updated their hours yet. I was going to ask her if she knew where another location was when she surprised me by inviting me in to send my item. I was VERY appreciative. It's obviously true what they say about the kindness of Canadians 😊 Thank you for your service and I'd definitely recommend this UPS and will do business here again if I'm ever up in the area.

Worst customer service ever. Because of this store staff we will never use UPS again
