Friendly and helpful staff

I travelled from Oliver B.C to Maple Ridge and was very pleasant and the driver David was very nice. I went to the Abbotsford depot to get a baggage ticket and the lady was very rude unfriendly the front desk was a terrible messtold me to get one from Chilliwack as I was leaving from Chilliwack and the lady there was very rude and unfriendly the bus driver was also not very nice.I will think twice about using your services again. My suggestion to your company is to screen your employees one who like to work with the public those who would say Hello how may I help you, thank you and have a nice and thank you travelling with us. A few kind words go along way There are others who will not travel with you because of attitudes
