We ordered an oven through Costco and it was shipped through Ace. We had nothing but problems with Ace. it was over a week late arriving. we were told it would be delivered on Thursday but it wasn't. we called on Friday to see what was up and they said it wasn't going to be delivered until Monday. we were going away on Monday so we had to arrange for somebody to be at the house for when it arrived. complete inconvenience! When Monday came around they didn't deliver it because their truck got into a crash we understand this isn't their fault but later that day we saw an ACE courier truck drive by our house. It's Tuesday now and were just waiting for a phone call about another delay. I WOULD NEVER SHIP OR ORDER ANYHTING THROUGH ACE COURIER AGAIN!!!

Bad choice! Employees don’t have correct info and there’s no tracking. Called on a Thursday for an envelope pick up in Richmond and delivery in Nanaimo. Pick up didn’t happen till Monday and delivered on Tuesday. 6 days from call to delivery and at a cost of $55.00 (other couriers cost $30-$38 for same day delivery). PO costs $1.00 for a stamp and faster service.

We are a company shipping hundreds of items out to our customers per year. A.C.E., over years and years of consistent top-quality service has earned their place as our 'Go-To' for all of our products being shipped. The only downside is that they do not service all regions of the interior, but for the areas within their service, they are the clear decision.

If you can chose an alternative method of shipping... do. Their dispatcher is MIA. You will often wait hours for a pick up or delivery that doesn't happen. Bad attitude, terrible service.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. 4-day delivery for next day service. Rude.
