Delivery were very poor job when last Thursday They were supposed to deliver it to my home yet then Friday It didn't delivery it yet then Yesterday They didn't delivery it yet. Sighs. I am very tired staying home all day that is waste time. Today I am still waiting for Delivery but I can't stand it that they never call or send me yet,nothing..

If I could, I would give zero stars. The girl in the morning was semi-helpful, took my information and said they would give us a call when they arrive to pick up our shipment between 12-2. Well, 12 and 2 O'clock came and no call. I call them again and a very rude guy picks up the phone and said that they were there at 12 (no phone call was given to let us know). He said between 12 and 2 doesn't work for them - well then don't tell ME you'll be there between 12 and 2. I call him back about 15 minutes after I get off the phone with him to schedule a time for tomorrow morning and he is rude and short with me. I hope I never have to use this courier in Penticton again.
