0 out of 5 stars No one seems to know what is going on there, and no one takes ownership for their actions. I tried to arrange a pick-up of an item for nearly a week. I called in 4 or 5 different days to find out why the pick-up was not completed, why I wasn't notified, and why I am having to call again. Everyone was nice enough on the phone, but nobody took any action. In the end a successful pick-up was never completed and I had to make other arrangements. If you enjoy people wasting your time then I highly recommend Ace Courier. If you need courier services in a timely fashion then you should probably try elsewhere.
