They somehow got a hold of my package that was supposed to come through Canada post. They called me and said they don’t deliver to where I live. OK so I arrange to meet them in town. They told me it would be there between nine and 12. It’s now 130 I’ve been waiting all day and no package

They quickly just drop off a note without your package don't bother knocking and write we missed you seems intentional at least learn to knock we were home just hard to notice someone sneak up to your door and when you do notice them they just take off and leave a note. super inconvenient I'd give you less then one star if I could for the terrible service

Worst customer service ever. Marlene Harper should be fired for her poor customer service and condescending nature. We have used this company for over a decade and I am moving my business elsewhere. If you are a business I highly suggest you do not use this company.

Didn’t even bother checking if I was home. Could see the guy writing the door slip from my upstairs window and when i went downstairs and came outside he told me I must not have heard him knocking. What a joke.
