Great service and reasonable rates. They could use a little training in customer service though. Their package tracing is getting better but could still use some upgrading.

These guys are professionals - I use their services a lot! They are way better than Fed Ex, UPS or Purolator. Local people. Excellent Service.

I have heard great things about ACE courier and to be fair they do have very affordable pricing and timely service, however I have had 8 years of terrible customer service dealing with this company in Kelowna BC. The local driver Tim is completely rude, unprofessional and lacks any patience whatsoever. Everyone has bad days but this guy is angry and rude every time I have seen him. We stopped doing business with them for this reason but unfortunately for us we have customers that send ACE in to pick up product so we still have to deal with his terrible attitude. Unfortunately we have to tell every customer we ship out to send in a different courier; it just not worth having to deal with this.
