This is possibly the worst experience EVER! First, their automated system states there is a 10+ minute wait time. So I leave a call back number. And 30 minutes later, nothing. I call back; and have been on hold for 18 minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Note: Call back service called me back 40 minutes later - then hung up on me with no human on the line. The opposite of awesome.
Not happy with your hours. You need to be open Saturdays at the very least. For some people, weekends is all we have to sort out delivery issues. Pretty bad for a company who claims they are already backlogged. In my business, we work extra time to get caught up. I have nothing against the staff at the Kamloops location, just the company's hours in general.
