Loomis Express

Terrible service. Sent something from the island to Vancouver and a week and a half later the parcel is still not delivered. was told for a week the package was being delivered and just kept coming back to the terminal. Everyone i talked too in costumer service was rude and could never give an answer as to why or where my parcel was. Not to mention the address was confirmed every time i called and is a correct and very easy to get too. Lazy company.

Came outside of DHL delivery windows twice despite me arranging to have someone home between 10:30-4:00. Was already upset about having to pay expedited shipping then to pay additional costs upon arrival. Pretty much doubled the cost of my item. Tried calling the number listed on Google it didn't allow me to leave a message or talk to a person.

Poor delivery service. Driver did not knock on door, left instructions that they would be back the following Monday. Tuesday, driver did not knock on door. Now all i want to do is find out if i can pick up my package myself, terrible tele-service, still on hold. Decided to go to the online chat. Find out it shuts down at 3pm local time. I hope Tenda no longer uses this service. I hate to think that this is what i paid $20 for. Edit: Requested that my packages are no longer delivered by driver but instead picked up at the facility. Couldn't even get that right. Failed to find package after three days of it being 'lost'. Went to location to demand answers to no avail. Package delivered by driver from depo an hour later covered in pen marks, package looks like it was used as a paper weight/scratch pad or a door stop.

A great place to lose your package! Staff are ok not super helpful or friendly.

PATHETIC SERVICE!!! WAITED ALL DAY AGAIN TO NO AVAIL FOR PICKUP. WILL HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY AGAIN TOMORROW. BUT LOOMIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE TO BLAME. FITFLOP TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SHIPMENT AND IN THIS DAY AND AGE , COMPANIES NEED TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL OF COMSUMER'S' TIME. I WILL NOT BUY ONLINE ANYMORE! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. CONSUMERS ARE JUST A COMMODITY LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE CORPORATE MODEL. Thank goodness I do this only every 10 years!
