Never recieved my package. I ordered off amazon with my prime membership. I checked the tracking number on dynamex and it said that the package should have arrived.

I ordered a package from a US retailer, which arrived without any damage issues. The online tracking of the package appeared to be accurate, and the driver called me and left me a note when he wasn't able to meet me at my apartment. I did have to go and pick-up the package myself, and the pickup location in Langford isn't the most convenient, but overall it was a positive experience. Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, but it doesn't match with my experience.

Service has drastically improved. Delivery staff contacted me prior to drop off and quickly made delivery.

Amazon is using these folks for delivery now, and they've been consistently late. My last shipment was scheduled to arrive on a Thursday; they "attempted delivery" on Saturday and claimed that no one was there to receive, even though it was a business address that was open all day. They did not leave a delivery slip and their listed phone numbers don't seem to work. It's Wednesday of the following week now and I've gotten a refund from Amazon, but who even knows where my package went?

My package was guaranteed on a certain date. It is now 3 days past that date, and my package has been "in transit" from Langford (the town the package is being delivered to) for those 3 days. Still have not received my package. Never use this shipping company.
