Purolator

Had to give a 1 as zero was not allowed. I haven't seen a delivery driver this year and get to play hide and seek with the weekly delivery to my business when it is left somewhere in the mall. The other Major delivery companies do just fine and are much better options.

"Attempted delivery" of my package by not knocking and leaving a slip while I was about 20 feet from the door. Then I spend over an hour taking a bus to their store only to be told that they can't give me my package until 10:30 the next day so I have to go and spend another hour taking a bus to pick up my package. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs.

I have had to go to this purolator to pick up a package or three over the past couple of years. I have found that when I pick up my packages, the staff are really polite and helpful. Its rarely super busy where I feel it's going to take me hours to get what I need. I had one time where I waited longer than I normally would and the staff member was really helpful to the customer ahead of me and did all they could to ensure the customer had no concerns and that they didn't forget anything. When it was my turn, it was the same for me. The employee was very helpful and made sure they were able to help me all they could. One thing I also liked was how clear the store was. I have been to some shipping stores and there is stuff everywhere. Here however, it was nice and clear as well as easily accessible. I look forward to more pick ups at this great location!

I waited for an important package to be delivered to my apartment. Throughout the day, I checked the tracking app and found that they attempted delivery. My phone didn’t buzz, and when I checked my door and the front door, no delivery notice was posted. Are they sitting in a parking lot randomly marking packages as attempted to be delivered? Are they paid per package attempted? Horrible service. Go with DHL, UPS or even Canada post instead.

As others have said, they will make a half a**ed attempt to deliver the package and then try to get you to pick it up from their facility. Person on the phone was rude and made it clear that she considered it my fault that I wasn't at home waiting when they delivered it on the wrong day. Now I get it late after paying for expedited shipping, and no refund.
