These people are crooks, do not sue them they over charge and Pad the boxes to make the prices triple what they should be. Do not use these people ever. I could drive to Victoria from Vancouver for less money than they charge. DO NOT USE.

Of all the horrible ways to ship stuff, UPS is by far the worst. They break stuff. And if you insured it, they won't pay, so don't bother insuring. And if somebody ships something to you from out of the country, they'll gouge you with a "handling fee" which is usually more than the customs duties. You're better off tying a package to the back of a basset hound than giving it to UPS.

Yuni let me in a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. and served me well. I did have a bit of trouble understanding her with her Korean accent. I would suggest that she take a bit more ESL training.
