I would rate 0 stars if I could. UPS lost our package that was our wedding bands. For over a month we tried to get some information about where our package was. Zero communication, tragic customer service which resulted in us not having our wedding bands on the day of our wedding. Almost two months later and they still have offered no information or the slightest bit of reassurance that they care about their customers. The only reason we have our wedding bands today is the company we ordered our rings through know how to treat their customers and shipped us a new pair through FedEx which arrived in 5 days. Figure it out UPS. I will never ship through UPS again.

CHARGES $3.85 JUST TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE... SAYS MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPT WHEN NO UPS CAME TO THE HOUSE YESTERDAY. CHARGES QUASI-LEGAL BROKERAGE FEES TO BRING PACKAGE ACROSS THE BORDER THAT IS UP TO 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE AFTER PAYING $25 FOR DELIVERY. BY FAR THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE COMPARED TO FEDEX, DHL AND CANADA POST. COMBINED.

Worst delivery service in Victoria. Even Canada Post beats them!
