Rarely have I received such good service when dealing with courier services. I was in great need for someone accommodating considering the extended hours I worked each day while completing a project in the Gibsons area. Not only did they help me meet my deadlines but they thanked me when it was I who should be thanking them. I received knowledgeable service with a smile. I was kept up to date on all the packages going to different locations. I expected the pricing to be higher as I am used to paying a lot more when in more isolated areas. The prices were more than fare and my packages typically arrived a day earlier than predicted, especially when time was of the essence. The next time I return to Gibsons I fully intend to use their services again. If you require reliable shipping services than the Packaging Depot is the way to go.

If you live on the coast make sure you ship your things with Canada Post, I have never successfully received a package from this company on time. Every time they don't even try to deliver the package at the proper house. They always get to the first house at the bottom of my driveway (which no one lives in) and leave a note there, even though we have multiple signs that are clearly marked that show how to get to the proper house and address. DO NOT SHIP WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN CANADA POST

This is the best place in on the Sunshine Coast to get your shipping done. My parents downsized and we needed to ship two cabinets that are sentimental to the family from Gibsons to Ontario. I contacted the Packaging Depot to see if this was feasible. Ariba in the office researched potential options and provided quotes which were surprisingly affordable. When the cabinets arrived in Ontario they were packed in such a way that they were in the same condition as when we dropped them off. Thank you very much. If I ever need to ship anything from Gibsons I will go to the Packaging Depot.
