It took this company over a week to deliver a Edmonton to Vancouver. Initially, the price quote was very competitive. The company is currently holding shipment as collateral and forcing us to pay 9 times what the average industry rate is.

This company is a total RIP OFF!!!!! They quote the price lower.. then they hold the shipment and force you to pay more after they have the shipment in their possession. NEVER USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OF TOTALLY.

Staff was friendly, but my freight was damaged. Really disappointed because they wouldn't insure it or give me a discount on the freight due to the damage.

Horrible Customer Service. We paid for a dedicated truck from Surrey to Manning AB, and load should have been delivered the next day. Their truck broke down in Prince George, which WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF, and the load was delivered a day late. I have never had responses to my email, and will never use this company again.
