Worst customer service in all major cities we traveled to. Come on Greyhound get it together. Greyhound needs a major revamping across the country. Greyhound your in the travelers customers service business, travelers meet other travelers, people meeting other people business. Customers Making new friends business. The thing we don't want to talk about is the terrible customer service we received or experienced take a look at airlines, trains they got it right. We paid! To travel, and as travelers we expect a little more.
