Terrible. These guys could make a delivery to across the street somehow take 5 hours. The company I work for uses them on a regular basis, and it never fails to turn my entire day into a long wait on a courier who relies on BS traffic excuses to explain how it took 4 hours to deliver a 5lb box from Coquitlam to Burnaby outside of peak hours. When they finally do arrive, the drivers give up on finding your location and rudely insist on you going to them on the street. Save your money, save the headache. Use another courier. I sure wish I could.

i have used this company for a long time and contrary to the post above i have had a good experience with this company and there service has improved over the last 2 years the staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the buisness and there new system and online ordering is helpfull i cant complain with there service the trucks are gps tracked and monitored sorry to hear some peolpe have had a bad experience but unfournatley you cant please everyone in this world lol i hope you others have as good of an experience as i did cheers
