The UPS Store #257 located at Blundell Centre has very friendly staff and convenient services. Their mailbox services are pretty good and quite admirable. The only small problem I have is there is no signs for every single service they offer with a price along that sign. Other than that everything is good.

Highly recommend! This UPS branch is very helpful! Professional and knowledgable staff! They offer a lot of different services (mailing, photocopying, printing and more), providing a one-stop easy experience for customers. Plus, their location is convenient with free parking. If there’s a long line in the store (during peak hours), I either patiently wait or simply do errands around for a few minutes then come back. (There’s a lot of stores close by: Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, etc.)

Super unhelpful staff. I have already packaged everything but one of the label wasn’t taped securely so asked for a piece of small scotch (not packing) tape that is the size of my index finger. They wanted to charge me a $1 for it and was really unfriendly. They weren’t even busy and how much does it cost you for a piece of tape? I left and went to the Westminster location instead and the staff there helped me with the tape for free and also helped me with tracking. Will never come back to this location!

Worst service I have ever received. Called them just to track a package and see whether it was actually being held at the store, the guy who picked up was extremely sarcastic and hung up the phone on me... twice.. bad customer service. Edit: As you guys can see from this guys reply, he should not be in the customer service business. Nice reply, way to go treating your customers the way you do.

This store has been me and my families go to store for shipping and printing needs. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!!!
