Nothing just fake people and fake policies
I worked with this company for one year
First day in company they will tell you like safety first but behind the scene different story They will push to do hard work does not how worst situation at delivery location. I worked at BDL accounts first day I was hired they told me no more then 50 lb weight handle but after they will modified every policy according their needs
No one listens to you if you are telling about a valid point but that we’re going against them they don’t listen thanks
Now days they are hiring even newer drivers
Before they have different hiring process they was asking about experience before
They will tell you that they have week to week standard routine duty but there is nothing like that
Totally lack of management
This is not Canada cartage
This is Canada garbage
