DHL Express

Wouldn't say this is the best company to ship with. Ordered a package from Hong Kong of parts. I've ordered from this company before with no problems. And I chose this time to get the faster shipping through DHL. It didn't show up on the day it was supposed to. A few days later I received an email asking to contact DHL. I phoned them and they said my package was at the border and it needed to be declared. I totally understand the Canadian Customs Services have a job to do. But I've never had to declare anything with any other carrier. It's just alot more work then I'd like to have to do.

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. After going online and updating my shipping address they still sent it to the old address even though I received a email specifically stating that my information has been updated. Which now made my $1300 package sitting in front of my house on a busy street in the middle of the day. After calling and complaining the girl explains to me that I should have called in to confirm my shipping address has changed. EVEN THOUGH I already received email confirmation telling my address has been updated. Absolutely ridiculous. And to boot someone decided to write NSR (No signature required) on my package with pen. Since I paid duties already I guess that means its fine to just throw on my doorstep. Never been more disappointed in a company. Glad I was able to get off work early and recover my package before any local high schools got out near by.

extremely friendly employees. night and day difference compared to back in Burnaby, BC. called me and I was able to drive over in 10 minutes from downtown. convenient location. need something urgently and it delivered on time.

I don't know how Loomis is connected with DHL. Where I have found DHL to be completely in competent. Loomis up here in Kamloops BC seems to be awesome. Phoned me ahead of time. Gave them directions to my new business that is under construction. Deliver guy was friendly and easy going even though my dog wanted to lick him to death.

Very easy to work with, however they close from 12-1 for lunch which can be crazy sometimes when we need something shipped express.
