DHL/Loomis Express

I forgot to add something to a package I was shipping and we were the last stop of the day for pickups. The office was 2 minutes away from closing when I got there (sorry about that). The whole team was amazing and went out of their busy Monday to to let me add a very vital part of my document package to the shipment. thank you so much guys - I would recommend you to anyone.

Well ......... So far the skis I had bought and shipped is a nightmare. How do you lose skis? It was shipped back and forth across Canada . Customer service is very poor . Still don't have them. Had a ski trip planned and was disappointed not to have them. Why don't they try to express them when they found them? No discount on shipping. I am sad to say I will not use Loomis again .As well as, I will let everyone know about this experience. Loomis l hope you improve your service. Good luck!!!

Worst delivery experience I've had. We called with a question about the status of our package. We had to explain numerous times to the telephone operator how our buzzer worked for our apartment which is a blank button beside the unit number and they still did not understand until the third time explaining it to them. They kept asking for a code which they didn't need. We finally got everything figured out. And then today, went back on the tracking site and it showed the same status as we previously called about. Called again this morning and my boyfriend had to repeat certain information numerous times because the telephone operator was again having troubles understanding what we meant. She says she will call me back once she talks to the delivery guy. Calls me back and leaves a message saying that they will deliver today but they will need my help carrying the package upstairs. It was a coffee table. I couldn't help as I have a disability and when the guy got here, he was annoyed that I couldn't help. He had maybe ten stairs to climb. I'm sorry I couldn't help but due to my disability, it would have been impossible. I just feel like it needed to be planned better. Maybe two people to deliver to help make it easier. All I could do was hold the doors for him and I felt pretty bad after he left because it felt like my fault that I couldn't help. What would he have done if the person he was delivering to was wheelchair bound or pregnant? They definitely couldn't have helped. Not everyone you deliver to is going to be able bodied or able to help you. If you need help, talk to your manager about it or maybe get a different job.

i get deliveries every week , i prefer to receive from dhl / loomis , they offer the option to pick up in store which helps sometimes, also they know i am only available in the afternoon and try to delivery to me according to my hours . i have found the local staff friendly and helpfull , although i wish they had a local number to call as i try to avoid call centers

Unfriendly on the phone, bad customer service, I wanted to get them to deliver right off the highway in Clearwater - no turn around necessary - they wouldn't do it. Another time, they phoned me and said they would figure out where they could send my parcel to in my town ... never called me back, as promised. AND there is no phone number available ANYWHERE for the Kamloops office, so I cannot even call them! Bad, bad!
