The UPS representatives at the Customer Center in Kamloops have been consistently helpful and courteous for me. In particular Andrew and Leah have gone out of their way to make a delivery happen.

Even though they tried to deliver my package after I requested a pickup, the counter guy stayed late to wait for the driver to get back, called me, and let me pick it up after hours. Very much appreciated, awesome guy. Thank you.
