Very poor customer service. I usually go to the UPS store in the Mission and always receive top notch service there. I am a very frequent customer of UPS and spend a fair bit of money with the company. I will spend the extra five minutes to go to the other store from now on.

Awful customer service. I was still asking questions on the phone when they cut me off and hung up. Terribly high brokerage fees also that feel like a scam.

UPS has never been easy to deal with. Deliveries are lost. Deliveries are late. Changes are impossible. DHL and Fedex, especially in Kelowna, are MUCH better options.

I've always had prompt friendly service. Have a post office box there that is addressed like an apartment for online shopping deliveries. Works great.
