Apparently they are contracted by air canada 🇨🇦 to deliver luggage 🧳 that does not make our flight. I was unfortunately the recipient of lost luggage. It followed me on the next flight and arrived at 6 pm. My medication were in my suitcase and a RUSH was put on the delivery by air canada. It still had not arrived by 9 pm so I called baggage who in turn called RPX who eventually called me and said it would be another 45 minutes. Ozzie was rude and got lost delivering my suitcase. It did not arrive till well after 10 pm and I had been flying for over 15 hours. I just wanted to go to bed 🙃. Not impressed to say the least....
