I have to agree with the numerous negative reviews. The address was wrong on my package, which, not the fault of UPS, however, it sat in the Kelowna depot for 2 days before I was contacted about the address. Then after changing it, it sat there another 2 days. I called again and was told the address wasn't changed, so I changed it again. Was told at that time it would take another 2 days to process the change, but I could go pick it up if I wanted. However with the absolutely ridiculous hours of operation, I'm not able to get there. So I'm now waiting another 2 days for my delivery. I will never deal with UPS to ship anything that I actually require to be shipped.

I can't believe a company survives these days with these kinds of business policies - first I have to wait for them to try daytime delivery to my house three times - then I can drive out to Lake Country between 4 and 7 pm to pick it up. This has got to be a joke. Maybe Candid Camera? What am I missing....? (not to go on, but I did try 4 times on two different computers to re-route the delivery, as their 'friendly' website tells me I can...and 4 times the website responded by saying my request couldn't be completed)

Worst customer service ever. No regard for the customer. I love they make you sign up for MY UPS to reschedule and PAY to set a day that is convenient for the customer and blow you off and make you stay home all day. Formal complaint has been filed. Lost 2 full work days

I have never experienced a more horrible delivery than I did with UPS. I was supposed to receive my package on a Thursday (6 Days after I orderd) Which is fine. But, after I had to inquire where the package was and I was told it was being held at the warehouse and would recieve it the following day. I said thats fine and made sure they had the correct address, The lady said she couldnt update my address??? I thought ok, Whatever. My address is correct on their website. I was called Friday and told they dont have the proper address and that I would now be receiving it Monday. (10 days after ordered). I said this is crazy can I just come pick the package up and they said yes, after 4pm. Haha, Thanks UPS for making it insanley hard to get my package!

Worst experience with shipping I've ever had & I do a lot. Package has been delayed due to weather for a week, yet there is absolutely no weather conditions that could be holding it up. Package shows as being in Kelowna for a week, yet it's not even been attempted to get to my door. Paid $200 American for 2 day delivery and it's been 9 days. It's like my package is lost and they just don't want to admit it. Can't talk to anyone at the location it's last been at, because there isn't a phone number. Will definitely NEVER use UPS again. Wondering if anyone who's wrote reviews in the last while has actually received their items?!?
