FedEx Ship Centre

I would never, willing, use this company to ship anything. 99% of the time my boxes are half open and damaged. Every time the boxes are so overly coated in cigeratte smoke I have to open them outside and I have had to return several items due to the smell getting into the boxes. Unfortunately, I can not control who Amazon chooses to ship with. I have been out right lied to on several occassions by staff of FedEx claiming that they have a strict no smoking in the vans policy. Which is a bold face lie as I have,as well as others in my household, personally witnessed the disgusting delivery driver smoking while getting out of the van and flicking his butts into my driveway. I have a several lung disease and feel these is a breach of my rights. If they have a no smoking policy that jerk should be fired immediately.

A child on a bicycle could offer a better delivery service. There's nothing I hate more than when I order something online and it ships through Fedex. Oh, you only deliver during normal work hours Monday-Friday? Sure, that's fine. But since I work normal work hours during Monday-Friday, my package couldn't be delivered. Alright, it'll just get sent back to the Fedex Ground Terminal. But Wait! The Ground Terminal is only open normal work hours Monday-Friday. An incredibly frustrating service to work with. Not to mention that their "Kelowna" location is closer to Lake Country than the rest of Kelowna. Just an extra layer to how inconvenient this service is.

What are with the hours? I work 8:30-5:30 and the one day I take off, they don't bother to ring my buzzer. Thanks Fedex! Who wants to drive to the airport after their lazy delivery driver can't even be bothered to get out of their car.... awful I would never ship with fedex if i had the choice
