Horrible company. They left my package in front of my apartment door. And someone stole it. Contacted customer service and they told me that it's their policy to do that. Second time that happened. You can't just leave packages in unsafe areas where everybody can grab it.

Just leave packages at the door, I'm not home and that package has just walked off, thanks, don't ever deliver to me again, if you get a package addressed to me just send it back

The worst shipping company handsdown. Why Amazon chooses to use them I'll never understand. They say they delivered a package but 100% did not. My cell phone is attached to my apt buzzer and not once did they even attempt to call. 100% scam artists. They give Amazon a bad name for using them and so much for two day shipping with Amazon prime, what a joke when Dynamex is involved.
