terrible service. driver was lazy and said he had the wrong address. address was indeed correct. I walked to the store 1 block from my house and saw the driver hanging out. I asked him why he wont come to my place he lied and said he didn't have my package. I was on speaker call with fed ex at the same time and they said he does have it. he said he lied because he didn't know what to say. he was busted slacking on the job and refused to drop off my package. one of the fed ex people was yelling at me on the phone call. when I called back another one was pretty cool and understood. not a professional service at all.

It's better to go to a location like this rather than trying to do shipments online. I was misinformed and misquoted pricing twice over phone to FedEx online. Staff here, esp manager, were very helpful. My parcel got to Italy in record time and for much less $$ than I had been quoted. Impressive.

Great service,greeted upon entering. Staff is very polite and helpful. They explain the shipping methods, and how it works. Overall very happy doing business with fedex, great service and easy to track you package.

A place so far out just to collect your parcel. I live in downtown Surrey and every time FedEx tries to deliver to my place, they will just leave a notice. Their delivery person does not even bother to buzz my unit and as always will just stick a note at the main entrance. A notice to collect the parcel at their faraway place, about 20 kilometers away. Not a good way to conduct a delivery business.

Difficult to find. Entrance is at the back of the building. Customer service was good. Front desk staff were helpful.
