Loomis Express

Just had a delivery today not happy the driver drove past the house on our driveway off our property to the next property which is a road that fits a Atv maybe a small car in a budget cube van , took out branches drove over a septic field and Tank. All he could say to me was there a number on your house like he slowed down enough to even look for it .At the top of the driveway it says our house number . We have had many different couriers here and they have never drove past the house. Next time someone says they are going to ship our company something with Loomis I will tell them not to bother

Doesn't seem to communicate with its website. I requested it be delivered on a specific day, and they instead attempted the two days before, then gave up on the day I requested. Now I have to find some way to make the 1 1/2 hour drive to them within their business hours, which are horrible.

Horrible service on last 3 deliveries from them.. Parcels sit in their warehouse for 2 weeks. DIspatcher not aware why.. Driver said our home had access issues, It's a gravel road, just slow down a bit. Next delivery our parcel was delivered to an address 15 km away. Street # no where close to ours but the road started with the same 3 letters so I guess that is close enough.. DId I mention this was life supporting medical equip that was supposed to be delivered in one day. I now need to return this, sure hope Victoria has better service. Going in person.

The shipments can be hit and miss for when they are delivering.

They do their best to serve customers inspite of repeated issues with DHL and others contracted through Loomis.
