Sent out a phone and paid over $20 for insurance in case it somehow got lost or broken. The package ended up getting sent back and forth from the 2 destinations due to I have no idea. I was finally able to track the package back at the store and when I tried to pick it up they wanted me to pay the $80 of shipping fees from having the package sent back and forth so many times. They refused to give my my phone back! I never received my $600 phone and they still have it to this day!

I love this store and the owner - Efficient and quick. Not a place to stay and chit chat but for customers who value speed and efficiency.

Too bad I did not read the previous comments. The store is a mess. I sent a package with 2 days delivery and after 5 days finally my son got it. I went back for refund (over $50) and still I did not get it my money back. Also UPS customer service is awful. That was my first try with the UPS but certainly the last one too. Never again!

Poor service. Rude. Unhelpful. Wouldn't let my husband pick up a package for me yet we share the same name and address and he could provide ID. Wouldn't hold it for an extra couple days for me yet they are only open until 6pm so I couldn't get there to pick it up until Saturday. They are returning my package to sender.

Seems to only have one service person in the store even during busy times. So your wait might be long but the staff person does an excellent job and is very friendly.
