Went in last month to pick up a tv since I wasn't home for delivery. No biggie. I get there and realize I don't have room for it. Tiff think one of the two workers would have told me 5 day hold. Nope, and done back a week later, no tv. Shipped back. Thank you. Awesome customer service.
