UPS makes it easy to send and receive packages. You can wrap your own packages or they can do it for you if you take your packages to the store They have several pick-up locations around town, you just have to find the one that is most convenient for you. Easy tracking and delivery options.

1 star because zero is not possible. Left detailed instructions to call my number when at the house...waited all day, no phone call. Driver's evidently don't have cell phones!?! Terrible

Drivers don't care. The office staff & service are great, but UPS delivery drivers are terrible: they barely knock on the door or buzz at apartments (if they do it at all), leave most any package in plain sight to be stolen, and will literally throw packages to the door. The onlly damaged boxes I've ever received were delivered by UPS. Sadly, it's the same for every city I've lived. It's just how they operate. Though I should note that I've never had an issue with the accuracy of their tracking system

the worst experience! my other packages showed up fine to my door with fed ex, it was my first time with ups and my last. they held my package for a week, and than delivered my package to the wrong address. I called the customer support line and set up a claim investigation. It’s been over 2 weeks since they said they would be delivering it to the right address since they knew where my package was already. The past 3 days they said they’ve attempted to deliver but I was home all day trying not to miss the delivery any of those days, I heard no knock and they didn’t even bother ringing the door bell to see if I was home.

It should really be 2.5 stars. My package sat at UPS for an extra week. The UPS office was closed for almost an entire week due to inclement weather. I did receive deliveries from Canada Post and Purolator on the same week. One day was definitely valid to close, but not more. Also, if the office was closed due to extenuating conditions, then perhaps you could keep it open for the weekend for the same reason. Or call me and let me know that you are not delivering and I have the option to pick it up from the office myself. Just keeping office close and letting people's projects take the damage is not customer focused. In defense of the business the gentleman who handed my package did acknowledge, "sorry for the delay", but it was only words. I feel more could've been done.
