Kevin and his team at The UPS Store on Burrard are the BEST! We were originally very hesitant in sending our belongs via UPS due to their drivers constantly failing to deliver to us in the past. These guys at this UPS completely made us feel at ease as they we’re proactive about keeping us updated daily about our shipment. God bless these boys!

Despite the fact that my package got caught up in some Italian bureacratic nonsense, I can't say enough about the service I got from Matt at this location. He tried everything he could think to convince Italian Customs that their VAT of 165% was outrageous - and although he was not successful, the time and effort he spent going to bat on my behalf was almost worth the exorbitant customs fee I ended up having to pay! Best service I have seen in years...

My shipment that was supposed to go out the next day is now going to be (6) days behind because they ran out of bubble wrap. Every day I'm notified it'll just be one more day. I always knew UPS was terrible to receive packages from - apparently this extends to the shipping experience, too! Update: another day went by, and the rep on the phone said he'd send my package expedited to shave one day off the six days late the package already was. I later get a call that the Manager of the location had denied the expedition as i'd left him a negative review. 1) that's not how resolve negative review issues 2) you had every opportunity to at least try and do the right thing and meet your delivery standards 3) It's now been a full week since i came in and paid for the shipment, and i'm finally getting a tracking number today. That is insane and incredibly poor service. A WEEK to ship something? As you ran out of a basic supply like bubble wrap?

Had a package delivered and left at the front door of my apartment building. I was home all day and the delivery guy was too lazy to continue, what looks like, shot-putting the package up the elevator and 12 ft to my apartment door. Got an email saying 'left at front door'. So now you know folks; UPS Canada will leave packages at apartment front main doors and their contract is considered fulfilled, you're liable for what happens to it. This was a Wayfair shipment too, very unimpressed. (I mean clearly, I left one star).
