Greyhound still has the most useless website ever put up. So I call the number. I just want to ask a simple question about a local route. I do not have time to wade through a million options with a "virtual" assistant who can give me information about Pennsylvania but not Penticton? At least not without a bunch of waiting and pushing buttons. If greyhound had any competition as a company it would go under so fast. This is ridiculous.

The 5 stars is for the Bus Depot Restaurant. They have amazing breakfasts for a great price, generally very fast service as well.
