It sucks, tickets and site says, be an 1hr early to take care of tickets and luggage. They're not even open before 7am. So we stay outside on the sidewalk. NO benches to sit and wait, NO shelter. What if it rains? CLEAN IT UP!

It is decent I wish the restaurant was open but it isn't there is no vending machines or coffee but it is right next door to a save on more

Not a very friendly place. Unless you enjoy being harassed by homeless people looking to score enough change off you to hit up the nearby liquor store for a couple "tall ones". If so then power to ya. If not then steer clear. Boo greyhound anyway 👎 😕

Atrocious telephone service I attempted from Friday (Mar 9) to Monday (Mar 12) calling over ten times to ask a very simple question. I did not once reach an employee or answering service. Extremely unimpressed with this lack of availability and complete lack of professionalism.
