The driver called me before the delivery to make sure if I’m home and he was very polite.

I’m very unhappy. The fedex driver showed up at 11:05 says I delivered it too 7776 on Wednesday, the man says his mom delivered it…. I’m asking the driver where is my package? His mom delivered it. I walk away from him as there was no point continuing. I called the “supervisor “ said your driver says he delivered to 7776. The supervisor cuts me off says yes my driver talked to a lady that said she delivered it. I question him a lady? He just told me he spoke to a man??? So my package has vanished like a fart in the wind. He miraculously remember six days later this other house???? I said to the supervisor do you think I’m stupid? Do you think I have nothing better to do then making six calls to fedex, two calls to The company…. I can’t afford to flush $450 down the toilet!!!! I am very frustrated you didn’t deliver my package and now I’m getting visa involved. Supervisor says you didn’t get it? Omg no!!!! Bottom line fedex did not deliver me my package!!!!

Horrible service, package said to be delivered 3 days in a row. Was given lies by the delivery driver. Had to speak to head office in richmond. 0 stars out of 5
