Fedex depo was closed before my pick up appointment time

I was notified yesterday, that I could pick up my parcel today before 9 am. I was there before 9 am and the place was closed, after 30 minutes drive to get there. Very poor service

They should rename their company fed up. I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 2 days. Online it says they tried to deliver it but nobody was home, when in fact I was home all day. I was lied to. The online tracker keeps saying I'll get my parcel tomorrow. I've tried calling "customer service" 4 times and got useless customer service reps that I could hardly understand. Even the manager was useless and did nothing. Nobody took any responsibility for my parcel not showing up and I was told "maybe you'll get it tomorrow". I am thoroughly unimpressed. What a joke.

The current address name and all info was wrong I have made updates to this. incase google does not approve this in time for people looking for FedEx Williams lake they are located at kit and kaboodle on, 83 A 2 Ave S, Williams Lake, in the parking lot of Bank of montreal

Tracking says it arrived in WL, was sent by truck to 150 Mile House (where I live) and then was rerouted to Prince George. I was not called or in any way contacted to come pick up my parcel (which I happily would have!)

No way to contact anybody that works here. Literally open an hour or two per day. Got a call saying that they werenâ€™t going to deliver my package because of the roads. So they were going to drop it off at my girlfriends work, tried calling the number back to find out if they dropped it off or where the package is. No answer, left a message and no return call. Now my package is missing and there is no way to contact them... Fedex Williams lake needs pick up their act! Forgot to mention that I received an e-mail saying that some person signed for my package whom I do not even know!?!
