discouraged that the delivered three heavy parcels to the wrong place but because we had the same name (part of it) they delivered to that business instead of mine...i had to go and pick them up myself from the mistaken address. I am lucky that the other address called me to let me know they had my parcels by mistake or I may not even know where they are :( and I have no way to get them...
