I'm extremely impressed with TNT. I was not home when they delivered my parcel. Not only did they leave a notice, but they called my cell phone that evening to see when a good time to re-deliver would be and they let me change the delivery address to a more convenient location (Best that UPS or Fedex!) My package showed up at the new address the next day.

Sent a bill for customs charges 2 months after I received the product from overseas. The actual customs charges and GST were only $5... Their ridiculous fees were an extra $26.

Tried to get online quote, the system said call your local TNT service. I did - no answer, asked for voice message to leave. I called general customer service - they said they do not provide quotes. Ridiculous service ... Or total absence of any...

When a company has you on hold for an hour and even then doesn't answer the phone, all the while playing a spiel about how great they are, it's obvious they don't want repeat business.
