The UPS Store

Very poor customer service. They let you wait on the phone for 37mins and the phone cut off on me. When I called again right away no body cares to pick up the phone.

They made me really happy by providing several services at one place, great people :)

Very efficient service provided on reasonable prices.

I received a door notice to pick up 2 packages from the store, but the store attendant was only able to find one even though their system said two had been dropped off by the delivery guy. Not sure who is at fault in this case, but I am giving 2 stars because the staff could have dealt with the situation more professionally - e.g. by offering to call us back instead of having us stand there waiting and then asking us to call them back later in the day. I ended up calling back the next day and another staff asked for the InfoNotice#, then did not even say anything nor put me on hold as he rummaged around for 5 minutes while I listened to the sound of rummaging. Then I just got a short "I could not find it in the store" I had to ask what the next step is (to call customer service) and ask what the number is. I at least expect a scripted response of "Unfortunately, I was not able to find it in the store. Please call customer service at (number)." Other companies may even offer to connect the customer to customer service themselves. Definitely room for improvement from my experience.

It's so rare to get great customer service, I am inclined to write a review. The store (owner?) employee was really knowledgeable, friendly, had great communication skills. I was shipping a super awkward sized item, I was able to just pay and drop it off, left for them to wrap and ship. I have bookmarked this location as where I will do all my major shipping in the future.
