HUGE THUMBS DOWN to Greyhound Parcel Express in Salmon Arm👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😖😖😖. Two days ago I sent a large commissioned stained glass mosaic to Alberta. FRAGILE stickers were stuck all over it. It arrived broken!!! (See photo of back side) I was informed by head office that it is futile to make a claim, as it will be denied. Apparently they do not pay out on glass items. The fellow at Greyhound did not tell us this! No apologies from him either! Needless to say I will never use their services again and I would advise you to think twice before you do.😢😢

Long ride to Vernon. There's WiFi but it keeps disconnecting when you're in certain areas. It took longer to get home from there. Too many stops . It took 8 hours to get to Coquitlam from Vernon!

Great service, nice people, greeted with a smile, would be nice if they let you use the phone at customer service when you have no change for the pay phone... Just saying..

I have to say, Greyhounds service has been consistently good for me. The buses are clean and comfortable, and I have yet to have a driver that wasn't exceptionally friendly. Even when they're busy loading and unloading packages they're happy to answer questions and help you find your way.
